Being a new patient that hasn't even had my exam yet, I did not expect the fabulous effort to get me in to see a doctor for an eye emergency. I called at 8:30 for an eye issue and they squeezed me in at 1:45. I was super pleased with the level of service. It's a busy place, but the keep everything moving as quickly as they can, however I did not fell rushed at all. Thank you Delaware Eye Institute in Rehoboth!
Everyone, from the time I walked in the door, was genuinely nice. The tech that did the tests before the doctor came in, was very attentive. Dr. Ross explained what he was doing and what his findings were. He also gave me several options and how they would last or extend so I could make a very informed decision. I will send people your way. A 5- star experience.
