It was a very good experience. From check in to check out- everyone was professional and kind. Dr Paul was fabulous- he explained everything in a very calm manner, answered any questions and did not rush me. I feel very confident that my eye health is in great hands.
The staff and Dr. Chen were wonderful and very patient focused. Dr. Chen and his technician were very friendly, efficient, and communicative. I am so glad to be receiving care from Delaware Eye Institute!The only issue that I had was with the staff person in their optical center. I needed to have my glasses tightened which he quickly did but did not offer to check them afterwards for fit nor did he clean them after he touched the glass. He seemed to want to wait on the next person instead of making sure that my glasses were okay. Because of that, I may not order new glasses from them.
Highly recommend the Delaware Eye Institute. Highly professional staff and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your questions and provide helpful information along with a very thorough eye examination by excellent physician on staff for eye issues.
