Service from Schagrin Gas & Home Products is as simple as it gets. Takes no interaction from me other than to pay the bill. One HUGE issue I have is that our tank is buried feet from our bedroom windows in the backyard and we get zero advanced notice that Schagrin is going to make a delivery, they just show up. When they show up early in the morning, it can be embarrassing. We don’t draw our curtains normally because there’s only woods back there. Jumping out of the shower to find the delivery driver in the back yard can be less than not cool and embarrassing to everyone.
