The East Coast Garden Center offers a welcoming and knowledgeable staff, a wide selection of plants and decor items, and personalized service. Customers appreciate the staff's expertise in identifying and caring for plants, as well as the dog-friendly environment. The garden center's vast variety of hydrangeas and other plants make it a popular destination for local gardeners.
The center has an incredible selection of plants, including a wide variety of annuals, trees, and native species that are hard to find elsewhere. Customers can take advantage of seasonal sales and discounts, such as the end-of-summer plant sale, where they can find unique and affordable options like the pink and white crepe myrtles. The staff is known for their friendly and helpful attitude, offering classes and personalized advice to help customers develop their green thumbs.
I have been to the East Coast Garden Center before; they have such a beautiful variety. And they’re more than just your typical garden center. They have a gorgeous gift shop and eclectic items throughout the property. Today was my first time attending one of their make-and-take classes. We reserved the succulent frame make-and-take with Kim. Kim was so lovely, such a personable instructor, very patient and encouraging. The price was extremely reasonable, and because of that, I will be back for other events!

What an amazing place! It's hard to take it all in. So many beautiful plants, trees and shrubs to chose from. Many thanks to Wendall who is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. He patiently explained the pros and cons of numerous plants, tips for successful planting, ideas for designing our beds etc. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

I was there today, July 10th, 2026. They took me around in a golf cart. It was very enjoyable to tour and see everything, and the lady who guided me and answered my questions was fantastic. I remember her from last year: I bought 15 Green Giant arborvitae and 10 Steeplechase arborvitae. For privacy, they have everything you need and install it all. They offer a wide range of landscaping designs and full grass cutting and trimming services to keep your yard looking great. They have everything, so whatever you need, here are some pictures of shopping for Steeplechase arborvitaes.
