Thomas and his crew did an incredible job at our home, turning an unfinished room above our garage into a brand new, beautiful space. My wife and I had the opportunity to meet with Kym and Thomas to discuss our basement remodeling. We just purchased our home with an unfinished basement. Thomas and his crew came in and did a fabulous job. Thomas created an office, bed room, bathroom and game room for us. His work was on time and on budget! Three weeks later our home was complete. Thomas was upfront about pricing and even suggested we have Home Depot do the carpeting because he knew he could not beat their price on free installation. We had a sunken floor on our split living room area that leads to the waterfront, we had a few weeks until Christmas. We needed the floor fixed but had a very tiny crawl space under the house that had standing water. Another issue was that our windows were installed incorrectly by previous installer.Distinction Home Solutions came out and gave us an estimate within a few days, and a fair one at that! We scheduled the work for the following week and the guys came out and knocked out the job.
