I first met Scott, Lanham, President of Accessible Home Builders in 2022 while I was back east in Delaware visiting family. As a 50 year resident of California, and a 2021 widow, I made the decision to build a home back east to be closer to family. We are Extremely pleased with Scott and Accessible Homebuilders. Scott and his team built our custom home from plans we selected from the Alan Mascord design firm. My husband is an extremely detailed, visual, and concise individual. We requested design elements (as shown in model photos) that were not part of the standard build. Scott was able to recreate these design elements at a fair price and did so flawlessly. Scott is very organized and makes use of an online tool which proved to be both helpful to him as the builder but also invaluable to us as the homeowners, giving a written audit trail of all conversations and agreements. My wife and I contracted Accessible Home Builders to build a screened porch on our home. They were able to start the job before the date they gave us. They did a great job, very knowledgeable and professional and most of all kept the job site very clean. We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodel or have a home built.
