Best customer service of any contractor I’ve ever worked with! They were always on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and cleaned up after themselves. I would especially like to mention Ashlee Knaub and Josh Miller. Ashlee always answered or returned my calls, got answers to all my questions and even went out of her way to work with another contractor and the property manager of my condo. Josh was extremely polite, kept me informed every step of the way, and arranged for work to be done above and beyond fixing the original problem. I can’t say enough about the professional of the company and about Ashlee and Josh in particular. Thanks for a job well done!
I am a property manager and TRG has answered the call!! Tom and his team are fast efficient and reliable. They came and assessed the job and I had a proposal within 48 hours. In the property maintenance business, that is a HUGE advantage. Great guys to work with!!
