I called Lindales Plumbing Christmas Eve several years ago when we woke up with no water. They were out within a few hours and had everything fixed. I was expecting an outrageous bill due to it being a holiday, however the services performed were reasonably priced. I recently has an issue with my well pump and called them. They responded very quickly and had the issue corrected by the end of the day. They have always been very professional and well priced.
Heather was very knowledgeable and was able to send a tech out and make sure he had certain things on his truck for the repair of my heat pump. The tech, Mark was very thorough, friendly, and fixed my problem very quickly. Hands down, the teamwork and friendlieness of this company deserves more than 5 stars!
Heather gave a great customer service on the phone and in person! We had a few estimates for our heating system, but we decided to go with Lindale, because they seem very knowledgeable in estimate, and price was reasonable. We also had a discount for paying in full. They even recommended us an electrician, which we end up using as well. We haven't had any problems as of now. ?
