Dr. Patel is the best. He listens to his patients' concerns, acknowledges their problems even when other dental providers dismiss them, and works to find the best possible solution. I'm already dreading the day I have to move away because it's really difficult to find a dentist who is as honest and reliable as he is.

My appointment was 4/6. It was not Dr. Patel who did the oral exam. I don't know who it was. It would have been more professional if this 'dentist' came to the front of the chair and introduced himself and explained to me why Dr. Patel was not there. Where was Dr. Patel and who was this person? That is NOT how you build a loyal customer base. Has the practice been sold? Is this a new partner in the practice? Very frustrating and very unprofessional.

By far the best dentist experience I have ever had. I grew up with so many issues with my teeth and always felt uncomfortable and scared. Not here! I felt taken care of, listened to about my concerns, solutions offered, and everything was laid out price wise. Everyone was very informative.
