The worst experience I have ever had in my 40 years of owning dogs. I would not expose any animal or owner to her again.

I called to get information of end of life care for my 17 year old cat who has been ill for sometime, it has been difficult and emotional to make the decision to take the steps to keep him from suffering any longer. After many tears I made the call to Haven Lake to schedule an appointment. When I called the man who answered the phone was very smug, he asked for the name on the account and when I told him we have not been seen in the office his reply was "I'm sorry, we don't do that here. We can't help you". The website clearly states that end of life care is a service offered at that "Animal Hospital" and even notes the sensitivity their... read full review

The doctors take very good care of my multiple animals and have done their best to see them in emergency situations
