CNU Fit - Milford

I have been working out and doing the stretch therapy at CNU Fit at the Milford, De location for almost a year now. The awesome staff and trainers have been such a huge part of my weight loss/health journey. Alyssa, Jordan and Will have been awesome at working with and tailoring the program and specific workouts and stretch therapies around my individual physical issues and needs. It is so much more than just a cookie cutter program and they really do go above and beyond to individualize and personalize it for each client. What can I say about my experience... AMAZING!!!! Started my stretch therapy because of lower back and leg muscle problems, within 2 months that pain was gone. I am ? percent glad I tried CNU. Jordan is the man!! All staff members I meet and worked with are great people. Thank you ?

I’ve just started at CNU fit after numerous attempts on my own to get fit. I can tell the staff cares about me and my success, and I’m excited for where this journey will lead. 10/10 recommend
