I cannot say enough about Willow Grace Veterinary Hospital. We are patients at Duck Creek in Smyrna, which Willow Grace recently acquired. Went in for an appointment in Smyrna at 9am, our vet collaborated with Dr. Stacey, who said she could operate on my dog in a couple of hours. I picked my dog up at 3:45pm that day. The entire day was very stressful and frightening but every single staff member at Willow Grace was exceptional. Danielle and Erika at the front desk were compassionate and so personable, the LVTs were so kind, and Dr. Stacy was absolutely amazing. When it came the devastating time for us to say goodbye to our very loved long time family cat, the Willow Grace team was incredible during the whole experience. They showed compassion and empathy from the diagnosis to the euthanization (smooth as possible process, serene room, caring and supportive team helping us through it). Even weeks after I was surprised to get a sweet card with messages from the vets and their team expressing their sympathy. If you are faced with this unfortunate circumstance, I recommend using Willow Grace to guide you through it and help your furry loved one be comfortable and peaceful during the final moments of their life.

Thank you also goes to Dr. Mauro (Bay Animal Hospital) for recommending Dr. Stacey to us when you were out of town for her emergency surgery. You all are the best best best!! We have been dog owners for all our lives and lived in 7 different states starting in Massachusetts and these vets are the best we have ever encountered!
