Tracey is fabulous!!! Very knowledgeable and without her, even as an RN, I’d be lost trying to figure out my GI issues and how best to treat them. She is great at explaining what is happening in my body and how I need to eat to maximize nutrition. I can’t thank her enough!!

Until I found a great nutritionist, it was challenging to manage all of my food allergies and dietary limits. Tracey was patient with me as I worked through my food allergies and dietary restrictions, as well as some health problems I have, to make meal plans I enjoy. Besides looking at my food, she also looked at all of my vitamins, gave me specific advice, and helped me set up a reasonable exercise plan. It's become second nature for her to gently remind me to drink more water; I'm finally meeting my drinking goals (after only a few days)!
