After going to management over your equipment failure to detect low propane, I was finally able to get immediate delivery. If I had not requested to talk to management, we would still not have delivery. A representative of Shagrin was out on 4/27 but failed to identify the problem. I am very unhappy that this went on so long. I am thankful to Marc Frey for stepping in. You came very close to losing a very good long time customer.
