Soooo last year in October, I was heading to NY in a rental and as it was getting dark, the tire light came on. In a panic I took the next exit, not even sure what city or state even, I was in. Well turns out I was in Delaware for a brief moment but what a blessing it turned out to be when I pulled into Mavis Tire right off the exit. These guys, the WHOLE team were SO HELPFUL that I've thought about them many times since that trip. I don't know why they went above and beyond the way they did but I'm thankful. I had been at the Middeltown location many many times, and all the staff is always willing to help. Just this week I had an issue with two tires and the staff was awesome the set my appointment really quick and even help to replace a Rim that was damaged.

On 12/21 - Sunday right before Christmas we had major brake issues - Ryan and William we were great - had the brake issues analyzed and two options for us of what to do with pricing - we choose the second option and even running into a few issues they were great, communicating and had us back on the road the same day - on a Sunday when most places in Middletown are closed - one of the best experiences we have had in a long time with automotive places in town!!!
