They showed up 30 minutes early walk me through what they were going to do. Went to work, answered every question I had, and cleaned up after themselves, picked up all the zip ties that fell. Would recommend them to all my coworkers, friends and family.

I contacted Bright Homes after researching trim lights. I received rapid feedback on any questions I had as well as a ballpark figure. Someone came out within days for an actual estimate after researching some more and seeing the product in person. My installer, Brandon, was great. Very professional and helpful with any questions I had and also explained what he was going to do to do before he started. I was very pleased with the customer service, response time and the final product after install.
