Justin was awesome. I felt confident in his ability. He was honest and found the solution to our problem quickly and fixed it quickly. This experience I had with them was great and if I need a hvac provider I will definitely ask for him again.

AC dies on a very hot day and we hadn't yet established a new company for service. Saw a lot of recommendations for Aire Serv of Middletown, so I called them and they had someone out within 3 hours! Since I wasn't an existing customer, I was expecting a longer wait time and maybe an emergency upcharge and was very happy to get neither! Service restored better than ever within an hour with fast & friendly service! I was kept updated through the whole repair and now a new Aire Serv customer!
