I have loved working with Mary at Tile Market of DE. She helped me quickly narrow down the selections for our bathroom remodels and I really appreciated the wide array of choices in the store. Mary was knowledgeable, patient, and fun. My contractor recommended that I ask for her assistance and I understand why he did! Other salespeople with whom I interacted in the store were also courteous and professional.

I was in this store last week to select tile for a bathroom remodel. This place in amazing. The designers there, really take their time and really help you. I dealt with Terry Bennett, she walked me through everything. This is the first major update that I have made. She made the process simple and really made me feel at ease. I do not know anything about remodels or anything handy for that fact... she explained every thing I needed and gave me different cost saving measures. She was great through all my millions of questions and phone calls. Even down to the payment process. I will always bring my tile needs to her.

Laura was a delight to work with my wife and I had a great conversation and we were able to get everything ordered. We had an entire 1st floor flooring project, a total gut on our kitchen. She was able to look at the cabinets we brought in and read our minds and help us select what we think is the best. Thank you Laura for all your help

Customer service was the best. Tile selection was top notch. Prices are higher than other places but due to the customer service and how helpful the sales people are, it was worth it.

Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our new build in SC posed challenges, but she was incredibly patient as we navigated countless decisions. From the start, her extensive industry knowledge put us at ease. Laura coordinated seamlessly with our builder and even answered his detailed questions about tile placement. She took charge of every aspect, including logistics, to ensure the tile was delivered accurately and on time. We would gladly work with her again given the opportunity.

My husband and I walked in intending to order that day. I had my inspo pic and measurements from my contractor -- fully motivated. We literally walked all around the store for a half hour with sales associates walking by the entire time - all ignoring us. Not so much as a welcome - someone can help you in just a bit. Or even eye contact for that matter. I finally asked a question of one of the associates who walked into the aisle with another sales person. She's answered curtly with a "no," and walked off. With that, my husband (who was milling about in another aisle) said, "no one wants to wait on you." Kidding - not kidding me and said let's go - I'm not buying anything here. There were at least five or six sales associates waiting on one customer. We walked out. I'm returning to my fantastic store in my previous home town. It will be worth the three hour drive after experiencing this shop.

Mary provides great project support and material consulting. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient.

Tile Market of Delaware in Lewes is a fantastic place to find what you need. The Showroom is always nice and clean. The staff here is amazing as well. Paul Anderson is a great rep to deal with! Very friendly and has excellent knowledge of the products! Will definitely be working with Paul again on our future projects!!

Do not show up too close to closing even to just look. You will not be welcomed!
