Liz worked on me after I injured my back. I could barely walk coming into the office. Liz completely supported my body on the massage table and worked gently, minimizing any pain. I left walking normally, and after a few days I was out of pain completely! I'm so grateful!

I have neuropathy and also a hamstring injury. I went to Liz Guida for myofascial release therapy and a massage. I can't believe the difference in my feet and legs after the session. I highly recommend any walker/runner to have a session here.

I would highly recommend Delaware hyperbaric. I went for a massage with Liz post knee surgery. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns before beginning. She was able to identify issues in other areas of my body that had developed as a result of compensating. She was able to address those issues and I had a lot of relief as a result. She is great at her profession and is great at identifying issues. I highly recommend working with Liz. I also went into the hyperbaric chamber after my massage to help reduce the surgical inflammation and help with healing.
