Being somewhat new to the area and not knowing where to go, I was doing a little research online and came across ProMD. I read the Reviews and they were great! I made a consultation appointment online and was able to get in the same day. The office is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. My appointment was with Ashley and she was great! She explained a couple of different procedures to me and did not try to sell me on any particular one. I picked the procedure that I wanted for now and was able to get it done at that appointment. I will definitely be back!
Very clean and bright, cheerful location. Kind front desk team. Quick check in process and quick check out process. Ashley’s technique made the process fairly seamless. She answered questions and made good recommendations for an issue I inquired about. Appreciate such a good experience at a new aesthetician! Thanks!
Loved my experience and so far my results at Pro MD, I went in knowing I wanted Botox but after discussing my needs with Ashley I went with Dysport and couldn't be happier with the results thus far! She is so knowledgeable in her craft and made me feel so comfortable in her chair which can often feel intimidating in other places! Even during my follow up she ensured we were achieving the results I wanted without suggesting we use too much and I loved that she took the results I want to achieve into consideration!
