I had an appt today with Julie. I was referred by my neighbor whose hair looked great. My appt was at 2:45. I was on time and told to have a seat. I waited 25-26 minutes and no one approached me to tell me how long it would be. All 3 stylists were bz with hair cuts and foil highlighting. It didn't look like I would be seen any time soon so I told the assistant there that I did not have time to wait any longer and I was upset that no one approached me to apologize for the wait or advise as to how much longer. Unbelievably poor customer service service.

I went for an hour relaxation massage. Relaxation is an understatement. Latoya was amazing. She made sure to ask thorough questions and provide me expectations prior. She also asked my comfortability and pinpoint locations. I would recommend her to anyone!

I absolutely love this place! I've been here 3 times now, and have always had wonderful service and results. Jessica is AMAZING with highlights. I came in with disaster hair after several attempts at other salons to lighten from brunette to blond. I knew it would take awhile, but the results varied from orange to red to white and I looked like a Cheshire Cat. After one visit with Jessica, she had me evened out and with a plan to blend in my gray. I'm now at a beautiful blond and extremely happy. She also cuts wonderfully, and I have very very thick hair, with some frizziness and dryness. It doesn't faze her at all, and she has helped me with conditioner and advice on how to keep it looking good. Yesterday I was in, and got some lovely extras while my hair was getting steamed and conditioned--moisturizer and warm towels on my hands and a lavender compress on my eyes. The salon is beautiful, with a shabby chic/beachy vibe, and very comfortable. Left feeling like a million bucks! Highly recommend.

Julie is awesome! I just went to Olive & Jules for the very first time, after going to a different salon for the past 7 years. I am VERY picky with who does my hair so I was super nervous going into my appt. I am from Pennsylvania and finding a hair dresser down here who is able to dye my hair the way I like it, is almost impossible. I am so happy I went to this salon and found Julie!!! I will definitely keep going back.

I called a week before Christmas they squeezed me in as a new client. I love my hair Jess was amazing the atmosphere is wonderful ! I just moved here and happy to find a new salon! Thank you Jess!

Not well trained and work is extremely sloppy and there's clearly a big gap in knowledge about taking care of hair. They don't spend any time looking at the integrity of the hair. I went in with dry hair and although I wanted highlights Jess should have known better as a stylist. Not only did she bleach and I had breakage but she then put in an extension that didn't match the others in my hair and her work was extremely sloppy. I went to another salon just two weeks later and they showed me how bad her work was with a mirror. Someone else at the salon had the same exact experience with Jules years ago. Her hair had been completely fried. Lesson learned. I should've looked at reviews online because I can see other horror stories.
