Dr. Frank gave me my life back! I could hardly walk. My lower back pain was unbearable. I had seen several other drs and chiropractors. I had injections , physical therapy, and pain pills Nothing worked!! Then I found Spine and Disc Chiropractor in Lewes. Within two weeks my pain was gone. I was active again I highly recommend Dr Frank!

I had an auto accident 10/2/2018 that resulted in 6 back fractures and multiple body joint issues on top of an existing connective tissue genetic condition. I went to physical therapy for 4 months, and while the aquatic pool helped somewhat, when transferred to land, it was too much, I was going backwards and they wouldnt listen. Thankfully, I met a guy also in aquatic pool that had started with Dr Mrazeck at Cape Spine and Disc who raved about him and said he was quitting PT as it wasnt helping and just going to see Dr M. after a serious car accident, Dr Mzareck did in 3 weeks what i could not achieve after 4 months of physical therapy (walking without mobility aids for first time in 6 months). Keep in mind I'm an Occupational therapist so i dont say that lightly. Dr M is a very competent practitioner who really listens, assesses holistically and uses only what is needed for optimal results. HIGHLY recommended for both acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain and injury.
