Dr. Tomko treated me on a daily basis for my disc injury. There were days I went in feeling discouraged and anxious and he would never rush me through my emotional process or what treatment my body needed that day. He was always enthusiastic in reminding me of the process of healing and always encouraging me to be more optimistic in my journey. He made it enjoyable and always explained to me what he thought was best or necessary for my treatment. I never felt like an inconvenience with asking questions and getting a better understanding. Dr. Tomko was the only doctor to truly work with me, help me and understand my goals! He succeeded and now I am dancing again! Thank you Dr. T !!!
This place is amazing, they definitely know what they are doing. I have been to two chiropractors and never have they made me feel good. I also have been to different physical therapy and it was okay but it didn't last long. So I started with first aid health and wellness and let me tell you what difference. The physical therapist exactly no the spot that needed to be worked on instead of jumping around my entire body. And I feel amazing my lower back and neck and upper back no longer are feeling stiff, or the burning sensation I was getting.
