Dr. Tomko treated me on a daily basis for my disc injury. There were days I went in feeling discouraged and anxious and he would never rush me through my emotional process or what treatment my body needed that day. He was always enthusiastic in reminding me of the process of healing and always encouraging me to be more optimistic in my journey. This place is amazing, they definitely know what they are doing. I have been to two chiropractors and never have they made me feel good. I also have been to different physical therapy and it was okay but it didn't last long. So I started with first aid health and wellness and let me tell you what difference. The physical therapist exactly no the spot that needed to be worked on instead of jumping around my entire body. And I feel amazing my lower back and neck and upper back no longer are feeling stiff, or the burning sensation I was getting.
