There were days I went in feeling discouraged and anxious and he would never rush me through my emotional process or what treatment my body needed that day. He was always enthusiastic in reminding me of the process of healing and always encouraging me to be more optimistic in my journey. He made it enjoyable and always explained to me what he thought was best or necessary for my treatment. I never felt like an inconvenience with asking questions and getting a better understanding. Joan has such a motherly nature to her and is so supportive and willing to always listen to me, especially on days I was an anxious wreck because of my injury.
