Drf Willey isnt at this practice anymore. In fact she hasnt been there since January 2025. They never told y 86 yr old mother, never contacted her. She saw Practioner Brown instead. We are changing primary care doctors!

I have been a patient of Doctor Wiley for years with no problems , her staff is another story , horrible customer service, I called to make an appointment , waited five weeks for the appointment, upon arriving person at checkin informed that my insurance info was not up to date and they needed my current insurance information . I explained that the card was not in my possession and that I could return a short time after visit with the updated info , practice mgr.was not helpful in any way , I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for visit, even though I have been a patient for years , and that they had five weeks to contact me to inform me that the info was needed...piss poor customer service for a long time patient coming in for routine paperwork to be filled out. Practice manager tried to keep my forms , which were my property..even threatened to call police for staffs poor customer service habits....so now I am stuck finding new doctor. Over this issue, practice manager should be replaced with someone who knows how to treat people .

As the previous reviewer stated it does not get any better then Dr. Kathleen Willey and her staff. I also have not seen either of her associates, but I can only imagine they would be of the same caliber as she. I have been seeing Dr. Willey for 12 years now and the last 10 of them I have had to travel an hour and a half to get to her office due to a move to Bucks County, PA. I have tried for 10 years to find a physician in my area and no one has come even remotely close to demonstrating that they would be capable of the level of care that is provided by Dr. Willey and her staff. She is intelligent, caring, considerate, professional, personable, current, and thorough. As you can see I think very highly of her and have recommended her many times to both family and friends who have shared with me that they feel as I do about her level of care. She and her staff are also very easy to contact with any questions at any time on her well designed website. They are also very quick to respond by the method of your choosing. I can not say enough good things about my experiences with Dr. Willey at Quality Family Physicians in Hockessin, DE.
