I have not experienced any of these bad things people are talking about and I’m hoping I never will, Everybody in the office has been wonderful to me and I appreciate the fact that they take me seriously
Thank you for taking the time to answer my many questions so patiently. I was nervous about switching to a new doctor after spending 13 years with my old family physician, but your office staff's warm and friendly welcome made me feel immediately at ease. Your wait is a little long, but I understand why now. I never felt rushed or like "just another patient".
Switched after being with the same PCP for 15 years and glad I did. My husband and parents have also switched too and are so happy they did. Great communication, yes it’s a busy practice but let’s be honest what practice isn’t. All providers take the necessary time needed with each patient.
