Our heater went up last night. A friend recommended that I call this company. I called them first thing this morning. They were here at 8:15, problem was found. Jay got the part needed and by 2:30 we had heat. I highly recommend this company. The young man Jay was very informative, and respectful. He got the job done and stayed until he was satisfied that everything was working. I thought they were very reasonable with their pricing, especially since this was an emergency. Great company. Shout out to Jay, great job!
Fantastic Company would recommend them to anyone! We bought our first home last December. This summer the A/C stoped out of no where. After what we thought was a fix, catastrophe, our master flooded. Turns out the condensation line got separated in the wall (not Pucketts fault, the Insulation company shoved so much insulation under the drain line it pulled it apart). Puckett HVAC had ServPro come out and remove all the damaged floors and other things and fixed it all even though it technically wasn’t their fault. Jay and Hunter were here today for our 1 year maintenance with Insight. Jay is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful, as is Hunter! Both put us at ease, are very professional and helpful! Keep up the good work!
