Fantastic Company would recommend them to anyone! We bought our first home last December. This summer the A/C stoped out of no where. After what we thought was a fix, catastrophe, our master flooded. Turns out the condensation line got separated in the wall (not Pucketts fault, the Insulation company shoved so much insulation under the drain line it pulled it apart). Puckett HVAC had ServPro come out and remove all the damaged floors and other things and fixed it all even though it technically wasn’t their fault. They were fantastic with checking in on progress and making sure everything was fixed. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Thank you!

We were having issues with our upstairs not cooling well. Pucketts had a great idea about installing mini splits. They started the project quickly, and their guys worked hard and diligently to get the project done. Super professional and responsive!
