RSBL Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning And Chimney Inspection Services LLC Of DE ,
“The air duct and dryer vent service was completed quickly and professionally. The technicians arrived on schedule and immediately began their inspection. They identified areas needing air duct and dryer vent maintenance and repair. The cleaning service removed dust, debris, and lint buildup throughout the system. The difference in airflow was noticeable right away. My energy efficiency seems better since the service was completed. The air duct and dryer vent cleaning cost was competitive compared to other quotes. The quality service exceeded my expectations in every way. I am very happy with the overall experience.”
Diamond State Pole Buildings
“We are extremely happy with our pole barn and the entire experience with Diamond State Pole Buildings! From the very beginning, their team truly held our hands throughout the project and made sure the finished building was exactly what we wanted.
A very special thank you to Dan Gordon, who patiently worked with us from inception through completion. Dan even attended our New Castle County variance meeting and stood alongside us throughout the approval process. When we had concerns about the exact placement of the building, he immediately stepped in and had the property surveyed again to make certain the building would sit exactly where we wanted it without interfering with the sightline of our driveway.
We made changes along the way, including adjustments to make sure the building was the right size for our property, and Dan never made us feel like we were a problem. He simply listened, worked with us, and made sure we were comfortable and happy with every decision.
We also want to recognize our project manager, Steve, who kept us informed throughout construction. What impressed us most was his attention to detail. During the final inspection, Steve wasn’t completely satisfied with the way the windows looked—even though the project was essentially finished—so he personally cleaned them to make sure our building was delivered to us in pristine condition. That level of pride in your work says everything.
The finished building is absolutely beautiful. We especially love how light and airy the interior feels, and the placement of the windows was just right. It fits our property beautifully and looks like it was always meant to be there.
From the planning and permitting to construction and final follow-up, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. Diamond State Pole Buildings didn’t just build us a pole barn, they made sure we were happy with the entire experience.
We absolutely love it, and it is a wonderful addition to our property. We highly recommend Diamond State Pole Buildings”
