JBS built are home at the end of 2020. During that time material prices doubled and everything was hard to get. Bruce, Pete ,and the JBS team did an amazing job handling the situation we all were in and never sacrificed quality. A lot of builders during that time backed out of builds or requested more money to complete. JBS never did that and stood behind everything we talked about from the beginning when most companies were not prepared or honorable enough to do that. 5 1/2 years in with no issues and there’s not a crack in the drywall anywhere, every door closes like it’s new and the siding is still straight as can be. I Will always recommend JBS to anyone
