We reached out about 10 months before our puppy was even born to inquire about any future litters. Jacqueline was responsive, kept us up to date consistently, and let us know the appropriate time to pay our deposit to guarantee us a mini puppy. She reached out to us the day the puppies were born and we were kept i constant communication until the day we picked him up. We were even able to go meet the puppies at 5 weeks just to see how they were doing. Our puppy came home to us with a perfect bill of health and is happy, social, and incredibly well-mannered.
