Trish, the manager is great to work with when the staff gets stuck on stupid. The actual service is always wonderful but I don’t understand why I’m required to provide a driver’s license to get dental care. None of my other doctors require a driver’s license. I’m concerned about Identity Fraud with this request.
Thank you, I had a cleaning, my teeth are very white today and look great! I also needed a filling and the dentist had a cancelation and was able to do the filling on tge same day. Great customer service.
I was very impressed with all those I interacted with in the office. Very professional and courteous. Kudos to my dental hygienist, Lorri, who was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I’m not a big fan of deep cleanings but she made the experience very manageable for me!
