Every thing was freezing and our septic line was no different. Your guys came out and worked diligently to get everything moving but eventually had to dig up the line and replace it. We had an emergency Sunday morning with our water not working, pipes freezing, etc. we reached out to another company who jerked us around all day and we were under the impression we would be helped. That company blew us off. We then called Paradise Plumbing and within an hour and half of calling them, the plumber came right to our house. The man finished one job and came right to us. He was Wonderful! So professional and knowledgeable. We are so grateful for this company, the customer service was excellent also! Would highly recommend!!

We had a major water leak. I called for service, the lady on the phone was very pleasant, and within 90 minutes the technician was on site. The problem was determined. After much digging down it was fixed . The Team on site were professional and informative thru out the process. I firmly recommend Paradise Plumbing .
