So far they have been very thorough and informative on repairs best options. I can always call my technician if questions or need to reach out to him. I haven’t been with company but a few months. But their reviews were good reason why I have a maintenance contract with them. My technician has been very informative about my situation and he has communicated everything that I needed to know in regards to my system and the issues that were at hand. I purchased the service plan.
Our heat stopped working...Daniel the technician arrived and diagnosed the problem... he explained the issue to us and then he ordered the part... He got part... came back to the house and installed it...he made sure everything was working...
