If I could give this agency a zero ...I would....I scheduled an appt with Amanda for a home health...which by the way..there is no certification needed to be a caregiver here in Delaware...
I was 5 mins late and she said shw couldnt meet with me bc she only had 18 minutes left. Nonsense..thats why people work in Walmart into their old age here in Delaware....bc 18 mins she decided to do nothing than to accomplish what we could have accomplished in 18mins. Someone should watch over your employees at Home Instead and see how much idle time is being paid for.

Home Instead has helped my wife before she passed away and is now helping me in many ways!!And the young lady I have is always ready and willing to help in any way she can!!I definitely recommend Home Instead Senior Care!!!!!!!!
