This is definitely my go to boarding place for my two Goldendoodles. They are happy when they go there and have a great time both inside and outside. when they come home they are in great shape. We've been using Happy Tails for almost 10 years. They have to be terrific to get that kind of loyalty.

We have been boarding with Happy Tails Pet Retreat for a few years now. The owner and staff make you feel at home. They take great care of your pets like they are their own. We will continue to board our animals there. It is great to know that you don’t have to worry when you are away. Thanks again for the care you give to our furry friends.

Nicole and Allison are wonderful, caring people. The facility is small, but cozy and very clean. We had to leave our two Cocker Spaniels for the month of December in 2023. We had only been in Delaware for a few months and were very concerned about leaving them so long at a new place.
They did great! Nicole sent us pictures throughout our trip to relieve our worries. It was such a comfort knowing they were in good hands.
Every time since then, the pups are happy to be there. The youngest is scared of many things, so it's always a joy to see how comfortable she is with them. She just trots into the back (without clinging or even looking back at us). She is perfectly... read full review
