Great service from the start. Anthony (sales tech) arrived promptly for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the whole process. Installment of our new furnace and new AC was scheduled within 10 days. HVAC techs arrived on time and did an excellent job. No complaints only praise for a job well done.
I had an issue over the holiday weekend where my AC was not working properly. It got very hot in the house. Kevin, emergency tech came out next day and assessed. Matt Reid came out following day and quickly ascertained the real issue. He was quick, polite, and found source right away. And it was WAY cheaper than the quote! I signed up for a contract because I was pleased with both men and their professionalism.
Everyone is very professional and respectful of the client's time. The Tech called to let me know he was on his way. When he got to the house he explained step by step what he was doing and answered all my questions. He provided me with info about service plans and discounts without any pressure. I would highly recommend Chesapeake Home Services.
