Outstanding experience and service. We called AA when our upstairs unit stopped working. The tech (Johnny) was there the next day and was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the low pressure switch wiring and instead of immediately telling me I needed a new board, he tried cleaning the terminals and tightening up the wire terminal ends. When this did not work, they were able to get me a very fair quote the next day to replace the board. Once the board came in (2 days later) Johnny returned and quickly replaced the board and got us up and running again. Quick response, friendly technician, and thorough analysis and fix of our unit. We had a small Freon leak that was causing our interior coil to freeze repeatedly. The tech tested the unit, confirmed the diagnosis, and told me the options and pricing before getting into it. He found the leak, fixed it, and recharged the Freon all for a reasonable price. We will be using them again. Thank you AA
We could not have been more pleased with this company. Their professionalism along with their quality of work was worth a 5 star + review. The work was performed neatly and in a very thorough and organized fashion. Jimmy went above and beyond for our project, was approachable, and definitely knew what he was doing. We also appreciated all of the detailed descriptions and explanations of several different options from Chris, which helped tremendously in the decision-making process.
