Insight Homes is building new homes in Ingram Village, a development described as beautiful, easy on the eyes, and a friendly neighborhood that the town needs. The homes are selling quickly and there are no HOA fees, which is seen as a big bonus. However, one prospective buyer reported a negative experience regarding inflexibility and high upgrade pricing during the building process, advising others to beware. Overall, the community appears friendly and many are looking forward to living there.
Let me first start off by saying BUYERS BEWARE……we’ve started the process of buying the George in Ingram Village. We’ve made our selections & sent them $10,000 to hold our lot. With set backs & unforeseen circumstances, they’re not able to build until late November. No worries. I get it. With materials not being ordered yet, I reached out to the design center to get pricing for laminate flooring in the foyer, hallway & living room. We’ve decided not to get carpet. They gave me a price of $6,000!!! That’s so ridiculous. I asked them if they wouldn’t lay the carpet, so that I could lay the flooring myself for $50/box. There response was no. Sorry. I’m appalled to say the least that they won’t work with us. I am happy to see Insight building in Ingram Village. The town needs a face lift. The development is easy on the eyes & looks to be a friendly neighborhood
The quality and workmanship that BRIAN BROWN and the TYME BUILDER INC. crew puts into building these Beautiful homes is Amazing. Highly recommend them!!
