In August 2022, we bought a Country Life Home in Homestead Manor in Milford, DE. We love our home! Although there is never a perfectly built home, it is important to have a quality built home followed with an excellent, responsive builder. This builder is local to our town so we are able to communicate easily with them about any issues that need addressing (which have been minor punch list items). We had a thorough inspection done by an independent inspection company prior to buying the house. Not only have I owned 2 Country Life Homes but, I am also a REALTOR. I could not be happier with both of my Country Life Homes. I have never had any major issues at all. I find dealing with the sales people takes patience because they are willing to do custom options but those custom options have to priced out, it doesn't happen immediately. Country Life Homes has some great communities, all different but nice sized lots in Milton and great location in Milford & Rehoboth. I would highly recommend Country Life Homes to anyone looking.
