Super rude on the phone. They kept calling me asking for someone else. I would tell them they had the wrong number. Instead of apologizing they hung up and call right back. I would say still the wrong number and they would respond with “oh my god” and hang up. Strange group there at Westside. If you’re looking for primary care, I’d look else where.
Westside Family Care Dental is the worse Dental Care Practice I Have Ever Experienced In My life and the Offices even the Primary Care Side are a joke period of making appointments.
Yesterday, March 3, 2026 I took my son to Westside Dover after waiting over a month to be seen in office by a Doctor I had two video appointments prior to yesterday. While in office the doctors ordered for my 13-year-old son to have HIV test done plus several other tests. She did not even have the decency to take my son out of the room to ask me if I wanted to have these tests done. My 13-year-old is not sexually active and this doctor told me that he could get HIV just like you could get the flu or any other Virus.
