I had a wonderful experience at the spa. All the staff I encountered were friendly and personable. It seemed like everyone truly wanted me to have a relaxing visit. My massage was with Gina, it was lovely and I would recommend her. Gina also ensured I received all my massage time as it was scheduled for 1pm and her previous message went over so I was not seen until about 1:10pm. I was relaxing so I was not concerned about the delay. It was kind of Gina to communicate she would spend the necessary time for my massage even if the schedule was off. The ONLY reason I am giving this a 4star is due to the pricing and the staff. (Let me be clear- not owners or management or services available or amenities) but the actual staff is wonderful, super friendly, amazingly helpful, listens to concerns, offers suggestions and extremely knowledgeable. Lauren did my facial and she was fabulous! I fell asleep which is always the sign of a phenomenal treatment. Front desk staff went above and beyond even so much as to give me her cell to text if I needed to change my booking after hours due to some extenuating circumstances I had shared.HOWEVER the owners/management have failed their staff by not fixing things that should have...read full review

Hands down my favorite place in all of Delaware. It's such a refreshing surprise from its surroundings. The casino is nice sure but this spa. Is glorious. I've had several services. The price is worth it.
