Siding Contractors near Dover

“If you need a reliable, knowledgeable, and caring building contractor – save your time and just call H&H Builders in Dover, DE first! We had a “shopping list” of things we needed/wanted done. Front brick steps were losing bricks and unsafe, so we needed new steps – but – at our age, we wanted a front porch (instead of the steps we’d have to walk down to get to our patio that we had). We now have a beautiful front porch built the way we pictured it. We needed side steps going into our sunroom at the back of the house because ours were wood and 25 years old and getting loose boards, shaky railing, etc. Now we have beautiful new steps and a patio area!
We also needed a new roof – we picked out a color that would go with the porch floor/steps color and the gentleman did a wonderful job. Our foundation had been painted white years ago which made it so much nicer looking – but over time, paint had chipped and the concrete was peeling in places. H&H had someone come out and completely PURGE the foundation – putting on wire and two coats of concrete. It looks great! The house doesn’t even look like it used to and we’ve had many complements on it. We are very happy with it and so glad we went with H&H (they have been in business since 1961, so that says a lot).
The best thing about calling them is the fact that ALL this work done by calling them. We did not have to call in different people (or try to find reliable workers) for each job/area!! That is a BIG PLUS for us.
They have pictures of their work on their Facebook page (just Google ‘H&H Builders’). You can tell that H&H workers take pride in their work to be done right. We are very happy with all they did, and that we had them do the work. Rick, Ray, and Karen are great to work with and very nice. They want to make sure you are happy with your project. They are definitely a 5-star company.

“Thanks for the oppertunity to convey my satisfaction for both the roof and siding repair preformed on my house following a tree falling on my house. Structural damage was repaired as well as roof shingles and siding. Due to out of date siding Best suggested using the porch siding on the main house and placing new siding on the porcch. We are totaslly satisfied with roof and siding repair.There is no indication of any repair and the new siding on the porch improved the overall appearence. Thanks for the service. Bob“
