The staff, technicians, and doctors are consistently kind, empathetic, and helpful. I truly appreciate how willing everyone is to take the time to answer all of my questions, as well as the level of care and attention I receive when shopping for new glasses.

My most recent visit highlighted this especially well. My appointment was scheduled toward the end of the day, and I didn’t realize they were closing soon. Even so, not a single staff member made me feel rushed or unwelcome, they encouraged me to take my time and made the experience feel completely stress-free. I’ll be back another day to finish choosing glasses, but I wanted to sincerely thank everyone.
