We contacted F.H. Furr late on a Friday when our well pump stopped working. Zach was here in under an hour and started trying to get us running water again. After trying for a couple hours he wasn't able to get the water flowing again, but was honest with us when it came to our options. It was possible there was an issue with the well, and he didn't want to risk us paying for a new pump before getting the well inspected. So he called a well company on our behalf and got us scheduled with them. We really appreciated him being straightforward and honest with us.
