The Dover location has a very professional staff. Dr. Atkinson explained every procedure, and I was able to feel the results upon leaving.. It's nice to look forward to receiving chiropractic procedures.
Staff are very attentive here. One can see good teamwork, and we could see that there is overall mutual respect in the Clinic. They are very professional - whenever they need to quickly discuss something about a client, they make it a point that they talk in a hushed tone and far from anyone else’s earshot.
I was treated by Dr. Atkinson who is very professional, not pushy, listens to your physical complaints and has a very relaxed approach to the treatments. I would highly recommend him.
Staff are all excellent though Madison, at the front desk deserves special mention - she is excellent and able to juggle multiple issues all at once.
Their customer service is second to none! I was completely impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and punctuality which I can honestly say are true hallmarks of their service!
