I would just like to say that this is one of the most best 5 stars hair salons and barber shops I have ever been too! Who ever the owner Donnell is he did his thing! And my barber today was name Jarvis! He took his time and and walked me through my hair cut process. Thank you guys

Our experience was about a month or so ago but my husband was a walk in appt, there was only 1 barber the guy by the window didn’t get his name. We walked in around maybe 11:30ish and we ended up walking out at 12:30. There was no communication the same guy was sitting in the chair when we walked in and there was no progress to his hair, we sat on the couch trying to wait patiently. There was a guy sitting on the couch watching tv that fell asleep ( not sure if was a worker or not) I really feel like the barber could have communicated but instead we just got a “okay” from telling him what my husband needed when we first got there and we wanted to get my nephew hair cut as well and there was no greeting or any conversation at all . Really disappointed.

“Had me scheduled to pull up at 5 PM, and I showed up an hour early out of respect for the appointment. Instead of communicating properly, the barber by the right-side window took two clients ahead of me with zero explanation. If you’re running behind or changing the order, communicate it. Customers shouldn’t have to sit there guessing what’s going on.
On top of that, the pace was extremely slow. Time matters. If you’re booking people at certain times, manage the schedule better and respect people’s time. The cuts may be Alright, but the professionalism and communication need serious work. Also the barber said Cuts were $35 over the phone when I got to the location the price changed to $45

Highly recommended. Loved the haircuts he gave my boys and very patient with my 4 year old. Worth the 2 hr drive. Hard to find good barbers.

So thankful for this space. Took my 12yo to get cleaned up after a negative experience elsewhere. Benz was patient and helped us find the style my son wanted. My EXTREMELY introvert child said that he enjoyed the shop environment and Benz! We will definitely be going back!
