No wonder these people have one star - I called them by mistake, left a message, and they called me right back just to be extremely rude. How dare I call the wrong number!

Receptionist who answered the phone was rude. Cut me off to say they weren’t taking new patients and then hung up on me.

Went here for the OrthoReady their website speaks about since my husband had either broken or sprained his finger. We figured it would be better to try here rather than an urgent care facility. We went on a Friday afternoon around 2:30pm when their hours on their own website said 9am-6pm and the place was closed down. There were FedEx tickets on the door showing no one had been there since at least 1pm that day. I called the number on the door and nothing on the message informed me of changed hours or a closing of any sort. Beyond unprofessional. At the very least, if you have changed your hours, then change it on the website and inform people! A waste of my time and... read full review
