We were very happy with both the service and the communication from the service professionals. We had stinky, stained carpets because our new dog had not been house trained. The service people were very straight forward about what they could and could not promise and did not try to sell us a bunch of products that would not changed the outcome. The rooms smell much better even a week after the treatment even though some of the stains could not be removed (I blame this on a rug that is not natural fibers). Would definitely use them again!Services: Carpet steam cleaning

Todd and Jesse did a great job on my carpets. They were prompt and courteous. Honest and knowledgeable. They were truthful about the condition of my carpet and answered all of my questions.
