One time got my eyebrows done there and the lady was wonderful and was so quick with it and did them so nice. I always go there and it’s been almost a year and never disappointed .

So, lemme start off by saying when I am able to see someone, they do an amazing job threading my eyebrows. They listen to what I want pain in minimal. I've gone to two different people and my experience is always good when I get inside the store. However, their hours are not consistent with what they advertise. One time I came at 5pm and they were closed when their hours said 7pm. Today, the mall and the Brow Studio opened at 11 so I came at 12 to get my eyebrows done. There was a sign saying be back at 12:45. Then, I came back at 2:30 and the sign says Be back at 3:05. I come here every 2-3 weeks consistently for a clean up. Both ladies are consistently great at threading. I've messed up a time or two going to a quick waxing service (huge mistake on my behalf) but these ladies know how to groom my eyebrows back to the thickness, shape and sharpness that I like. They are always friendly, the service is great and the space is always clean. I love it here.
